His goalscoring record is shocking, was a great prospect but fell away rapidly.

Wouldn't have thought so, he's been pish at every club he's been at since he was about 18 years old.

Opportunity missed? That sum's up his career.

Anyone who can play SPL for Rangers for half a season and not manage a single goal... well I dont really need to say more do I?

Remember thinking he'd be a real threat at the Huns. He wasn't.

He'll probably get his only goal for the Mothers against us though.#

Very poor.

Classic example of a good prospect who came to nothing.

A class prospect at one stage but way, way, way past it now. Shame really as he should be in his pomp at that age.

well should have teamed him up with James Beattie - bet they could have broken our recent non- scoring record no problem

Did Wenger not pay 8-10M for him when he joined Arsenal? Just shows you even the best mangers get it wrong. Wonder what happened that turns a multi million pound player into a journeyman!

Yeah, looked a top prospect when he burst onto the scene at an early age but has pretty much failed to make an impact (positive) since then

Amazing, we had threads telling us all that Sodje would be awful, presumably largely because nobody had heard of him, yet here we have a thread wanting us to sign a guy with one of the worst record's I've ever seen, presumably because he has spent time at a big club.

A textbook example of big name doesn't equal good player.
