Can anyone enlighten me re our record in all cup ties since we humped Killie in 2007?

I've not really checked but in my list of things that concerns me about Hibs, Our cup record is probably 12th

Since we won the League Cup in 2007, our record in both cups is as follows;

League Cup;

2007-08

3rd round (lost to Motherwell at home)

2008-09

2nd round (lost to Morton at home)

2009-10

3rd round (lost to St Johnstone at home)

2010-11

3rd round (lost to Kilmarnock away)

We've only beaten Queen's Park and Brechin in this competition since we won it.

Scottish Cup;

2007-08

fifth round (lost to Rangers away, after a replay)

2008-09

fourth round (lost to Hearts at home)

2009-10

Quarter finals (lost to Ross County away, after a replay)

2010-11

fourth round (lost to Ayr Utd away, after a replay)

We have only beaten Inverness, Irvine Meadow and Montrose in the past four years.

We were the last Edinburgh team to win any silverware.

March 2007 we won the League Cup :agree:

Yam or no Yam, it's a fair enough point. After a few years of doing very well in Cup competions, numerous Hampden visits, our record since 2007 is shocking.

Cheers to all who replied. I was right as I usually am about Hibs. I said we had only won at most 5 times in cups since 2007. Sadly including forys into Europe it gets no better. Strangely enough I came across my ticket stub for CIS Final and thought christ that seems like a lifetime ago.

Ach never mind one day...
