I have an idea to make the club some cash and make the games more exciting...and get the crowd into the ground earlier (spending more on grub..beer in BTG etc)
Running along side the Happy Hibbie HT draw sales we could have the 'player selection raffle' - £1 tickets....sold on entrance
Draw takes place on the pitch 15 minutes before KO....11 'winners' drawn allowing them to select a player from the squad of 18 each...first ticket first pick...second ticket second pick etc (you know just like you used to pick sides as kids...until the spotty wee fat kid is left)...also selecting position for that player to play...7 left are the bench
Its got to up the excitement...will give the players direct feedback on who is / isn't doing a job...and can't be less effective that how its done currently :dunno:
