Would he be a good signing for city?

I'm yet to be convinced to be honest, didn't look that great at the smellies and will be his third club (including the loan) within 2 years.

He is of course still to agree personal terms but can't see him staying at Spurs.

didnt he score more goals than every other celtic player when he was there last season? Wish we had players who arent great but could score that amount of goals
