As anyone heard Bamba speak recently he sounds like he as got himself a bit of a Scottish tinge to his accent these days. Also Bamba was at fault for the first against Man City :na na:

Matter of opinion Owain. I think a great deal of credit should go to Milner. We are too quick to apportion blame. Maybe he could have done better but its indicative of us to have to blame someone for something these days.
As Zaltan says Man of the Match by some distance with Millions of pounds worth on the park.
Agree its a quality accent though.

Well Bamba is good I just find it strange how good he is going forward but not so good at the back. Really hope he makes it, met him in Ireland the other season and he was a top quality guy. He did get a lot of space for crosses a lot more than he did at Hibs.

That was good. Never seen it before. I'll miss the big man and wish him all the best down south.

Also had two cleared of their line. Does sound strange when you hear him talk though:agree:.

Nothing strange about that accent.
Every Frenchman, with Ivorian parents, who has spent a good deal of time in Scotland speaks like that.

He was much better for us in midfield - when he played there he could break forward and his (many) errors didn't cost us games like when he played at CB.

I still don't know why he was moved back to CB under Hughes, but his value collapsed as a result of that. I can't help feeling Bamba himself insisted that he play there so he had more chance of playing for his country.
