As the title says, do we really need a 4 week January transfer window?
Considering the real lack of activity, and how deals seem to be able to get wrapped up in hours on the 31st, is it really required?
An idea going forward could be, if we have a 2 week winter shut-down, that could be used for transfers. Would make the window more interesting as well.
