I know its a pretty old football chant and loads of clubs do it but if always enjoy hearing it and its catchy, but how about we try....

Nanananananana! David Wotherspoon! Wotherspoon! David Wotherspoon!

I think it would give him a big lift as well.

here's the arsenal fans doing it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgLsull7FJo

Would his name fit the Makalambay tune?

Wait till he scores a goal first - disnae derserve a song otherwise.

Bet he will score one on Sat now to spite me!!

At the Ayr game the crowd were singing "Spoony, Spoony" ala the "Rooney, Rooney" chant for Shrek. I figured that's become his chant now. :greengrin

i just think the nanana one is more cathy than "spoony" one. I could only think his name to fit the song, cos its well catchy lol

Whoever it's sang about everyone should go nuts whilst singing it like bouncing around etc it makes it look much better and more catchy IMO.

Like the one Liverpool have for Maxi Rodriguez, could be adopted for Wotherspoon but would probably suit Danny Galbraith better.

These songs never catch on with the Hibs support,(to busy booing and slating players:greengrin)though, wee have a player in the team who has scored over 100 goals for Hibs and wee still cant get a song for him to be sung by us Hibs fans.

C'mon the Hibs and the singing section for tomorrow. :hnet: :flag: :notworthy:

Sergi just had a look over your old posts, you might not be good at making up songs but you sure are good at moaning. You need to get behind the team. Bet you probably dont even go to the games.

to be fair he was just awful today and obviously did not want the ball. No amount of singing would improve that performance
