Ive just had this with grated cheese on top :cool2:
Not normally a snack kinda guy in the evening but that was barry :yum yum::drool:
Just thought id let ye's ken :greengrin

i prefer a few blobs of worcester sauce in with the grated cheese.
then stick it back under the grill so the cheese melts.

Tin of beans
3 fried eggs

That's true though you can get reduced sugar and salt beans. Also, the beans have to be cooked in a pan, not the micro. They break up more in a pan.

Pan all the way definitely, but if you're really wanting all the food groups then the beans with the wee sausages are a goer. In fact, I hear lunch calling now.

Hamburger
Beefburger
Chicken burger
Usually prefer it fresh and grated as oppossed to being melted.
And cheese tastes better with brown sauce! :greengrin

Sometimes, beans on toast is just the job. I put some peri peri sauce on mine for that bit of wicked luxury.
