Listening to the radio - Neil Warnock.

When he starts out as a new Manger he demands if a tackle is there to be won you win it, if the ball is there to headed you head it, do the basics.

If you have talent that will show eventually get the basics right, and the rest will follow. He says the hardest part is motivating players the journolist on the show says says he cant believe players on £100,000 have to be motivated.

Warnock says that is the most important thing in football MOTIVATION and Commitment, otherwise the best players would Always win.

I dont think any recent Hibs manager has acheieved that.

That is what we need for the rest of the season will we get it?

No we won't get it from the players who know they won't be here next season.

QPR, playing superb, scoring loads of goals and clear at top of championship.
they've been very impressive under him.

He was on goals on sunday last week, and there's a few players at the club people said he wouldn't like them (working with them), yet he came in and let them play and express themselves, got them motivated and enjoying football.
