Off the top of my head:

Famous Five and South Stands 1995 - about £7m all in for the two
West Stand 2001 about £7m
East Stand 2010 £6m

So £20m in total

There or thereabouts, others might have more precise figures

Hibs received a grant that covered half of the cost

West Stand 2001 about £7m

East Stand 2010 £6m
Wasn't it actually much less than that? I'm not sure but somebody quoted 3.5M on here (TBF, that does sound quite low)

This does not include the cost of filling in the corners of the stadium, the helicopter pad, the hotel and railway station:greengrin

In the clubs accounts at July 2010 the stadium was professionally valued by Jones Lang LaSalle at £18.2m, on the basis of its depreciated replacement cost. Also included in the same accounts was the construction of the new East stand, included at cost of £2.87m. There was also spend committed of £310k (but I don't know for sure if that relates to the further costs of the new stand, but I think it does). The Chairman's Report states that the new stand was built at a cost of approximately £500 per seat. If the stand holds 6000, then that makes the cost about £3m, which ties in with the accounts.

Which gives a valuation of £18m for the stadium, plus a further £3m for the East stand, a total of £21m or thereabouts. This is of course not the cost of the stadium, but an up to date valuation of it.

What are these things you speak of with figures, auditors and such like? "Accounts"? Aren't those stored on the back of fag packets or better still, burned and declared lost to HMRC?

....:greengrin  ...ah wait, that's noooooo what yer mean tae dae with these account things. I see, it's all...becoming......clear.
