Reading and listening to few folk around the country going on about the lack of grit in midfield, our centre backs out of sorts, forwards firing blanks it strikes me that no-one has ever suggested that the team misses 2 full backs that push forward to create the width to get behind defences and dont jump into a challenge.
Since Murphy, Whitty left and McCann and Stevenson have been removed from these positions our full backs dont push forward or if they do they push up they end up tripping over their own boot laces (Grounds prime example) (Hart prime example for jumping in).
The team would do well with finding some decent full backs to get us out of this initial mess and avoid relegation then build from there. :thumbsup:
