I watched the programme about Gerald Kelly, where he played the bit about the Catholic player who wanted to sign for the Huns (Rikki Fulton), long before Mo Johnston's signing for Celtic.

RIP Paul Kelly. :agree:

Thought it was quite disappointing this year, one or 2 funny bits but not a patch on how it used to be.

i've not found it funny for years, really cannot remember the last time I've raised a laugh about it. Tired old pish tbh. :agree:

The last funny one was when Alistair McGowan was in it, and that was literally about 15 years ago.

I did laugh at the Sepp Blatter gag.

The only bit I found funny (again, it was so predictable though) was when the newsreader was talking about the wild beavers and they were looking for volunteers to hunt them and Frank Macavennie appeared at the back of her.

As I say, soooo predictable but it did make me chuckle.

It's a pity Ford Keirnan and Greg Hempill can't get over their differences and start talking again to make some more Still Games. Even just a New Year special.
