Been bugging me all day this but, Neil Lennon sent off at tynecastle on 10th November and appeals his automatic 2 game ban, for whatever reason it gets put back and back, then conveniently the weather postpones his hearing until after the year and after the old firm game... 2 months and still no hearing

Liam Miller sent off on 18th Decemeber over a month after lennon and well surprise surprise the hearing is heard as soon as possible before any other league games are played, 4 days later the hearing will be heard,

Now id like to know why Lennon's appeal cant be heard on wednesday too? Surely appeals should be heard in order that they are submitted?

They probably are heard in order, just not chronological order. The order used to determine the date of hearings is probably something like this:

(1) "Old Firm interests"
(2) "As for the rest, **** them"

Lennon is not a player, so it will be less likely to get priority.

Players will be dealt with before their next game in order to try and prevent abuse of the system, as has happened in the past.

Should it matter though?
Its plain obvious that celtic have abused the system to get him in the dug out for a couple of games then luckily for them the weather has given the sfa ammo to allow him to be touchline for the old firm game, he near assaulted the 4th official and absolutely nothing gets done about it for months.

If they hadn't put his appeal back until after the OF game then NL would've been sitting in the huns during the OF game..

There is no way in hell that the SFA would ever allow something like that to happen...
