What internet source do you use to check the weather and which is more accurate?

I know it's never 100% but for Thursday, Met Check has said it will be snowing all day whereas the BBC has forecast for a sunny day. Two very contrasting views, how can they be so different?

That's pretty weird, I was sure BBC got all their info from the met office, every days a school day. I use accuweather. www.sat24.com (http://www.sat24.com) is a live satellite view of anywhere in Europe I think, so you can see what's coming.

They do - MetCheck aren't a MetOffice based model forecaster.

Sat24.com is pretty good actually - I use access to a live satellite feed I'm lucky to have use of through my research - it can't give me exact temperature information, but it's good for informing atmospheric moisture, circulation patterns and a general idea of cool/warm fronts.

Not great for long term forecasting, but a good idea a couple of days in advance.
