The Hertz are being sued - this action was raised in Edinburgh Sheriff Court against Hearts and is calling at an Options Hearing on 9 December. An Options Hearing is a procedural event where the likelihood is that it will either be continued for a further four weeks for investigation or a Proof (civil trial) date will be set down.

A google of Cre8 shows that they are a design and publishing company which, among other things, specialises in matchday programmes.

It's how big clubs operate, move along nothing to see here.

So, unless I'm mistaken, HOMFC have in effect been stealing their Match Programmes from the supplier.

Logically, therefore, everyone who now owns one of these programmes is guilty of reset (handling stolen goods).

The maximum penalty for this is imprisonment for up to 14 years.

Oh dear.

Last week they came within 15 minutes of another law suit. They were 2 months late with an account and were on a final warning of legal action from a company I have business connections with.

A money transfer was made just before close of business for a 5 figure sum. Pity, it could have been really messy. :greengrin

I also see the Ukio Bankas is in trouble with the Lith. Central Bank. They have not " eliminated part of the offence and short comings noted at last years inspection and have until Monday to come up with proposals to fix things.

More Vlad bucks from under the mattress needed I think. :agree:

A postponed home game or two will hopefully worsen their cash flow difficulties........ although granted they may still take in a few quid from the 400,000 "offenders" buying dirty maroon merchandise as christmas gifts.

Its a wonder they can get any outside company to trade with them. It seems to me that anybody who deals with them has to threaten court action before they get paid, including other clubs.

Is this not a case of bringing the game into disrepute. Woe betide football if we all get stuck with a reputation of being difficult to deal with as a result of the Yams being bad customers.

Its about time the SFA or SPL had a word.

Some chance.

Having said that I've seen Hibbys do the same at the PBS so I dont know if both clubs just suck it up.

I dont agree with mutual vandalism of each others grounds, nobody wins in a situation like that.

I am told that companies that do deal with them (locals) add on about a third as they know they will have difficulty getting paid.

That said they always seem to get paid eventually.

In all seriousness they will not be bothered by this, it's just another creditor taking legal action to receive payment. Not the first time and it certainly won't be the last.

So indoctrinated are they by 'Mr' Romanov and so scared at what he might do if they raise a dissenting voice they don't pause for thought at how this sort of behaviour can effect small/medium size businesses.

I wonder how many companies have went to the wall over the last 5 years being owed money by HOMFC. Absolute disgrace.

I'm in the Print trade and I know little of this company I thought it was owned by Lee Power the ex-hibs player? I know three Print Companies who have done their printing in the past five years, they always had to beat the price offered by a Lithuanian company and two of them done so much for them including office supplies that they were near bust before getting paid. the other is ran by a mate of mine, he done a few small jobs but waited 16 months to get paid £400.
