After the failed attempts to avoid criminal prosecutions I see the first MP due to stand trial has pled guilty.

Wonder if the others - including Devine - will do the same.

They are all facing separate trials. Jim Devine's case is totally different. I doubt very much that he will be jailed if found guilty

Fraud is fraud. He would probably be jailed for fraudulently claiming £9000 in benefits so he should probably be jailed for fraudulently claiming £9000 in expenses.

Considering he admitted fraud live on national TV, I can't see him getting away with it so I wouldn't be surprised to plead guilty on the eve of the trial.
