Lower in calories and carbohydrates and also normally lower alcohol content than their regular variety.

It takes far longer to find a kebab appealing when you drink light lagers.

Watered down pish, eh?

Coors Light has 4.5% alcohol.

Bud Light has 4.2%.

Tennents, which makes up 60% of lager sales in Scotland is 4.1%, Carling is 4.0% and Carlsberg is 3.8%.

Do you mean, you don't like them and would never drink them? This could be a FACT (although I doubt it is, because you have been known to voluntarily drink said refreshments before, and undoubtedly will do so again.

That they are, or are not, absolutely rank, is a mere opinion.

Just thought I'd tidy that up for you.

Boy, I enjoyed that. :clapper:

Asda usually have 4 x 500ml cans for £4.

And you'd know this how...?

Tennents in any form is awful. Pints of Carling in a plastic cup in the BTG bar was enough to put me off it, and Carlsberg is just about drinkable when it's bottled.

In my opinion, of course

Well, I know you've tried it before cos you've said so.

And I know you'll try it again because you'll be at a gig or an event somewhere, sometime and the other option will be water.

Failing that, I'll secretly arrange to be in the same pub as you and I'll trick you into drinking it by telling you that they now use a new Bavarian recipe.

Simples! :greengrin

I've got 15 bottles of Coors Light as part of the 3 for £18 deal from Morrisons. Currently being chilled in my hut, should be suitably cold if left there until Saturday evening.
