The embarrassment for Edinburgh just keeps on rolling in. First we hear the guy saying he's going and it's everyone's fault but his. Then Jenny "Dawe" Dawg says she expected it all along as he was an old codger anyway.

WTF? That's way, way off mark. I am very far from being a fan of the kilted impostor but blaming the trams on him does not stack up.

I can't decide which is worse: the trams fiasco, or the overspend on the Parliament.

I think with the Parliament we at least ended up with something...the trams fiasco has done nothing apart from put businesses under, distrupt the city for years and we are still no where near having even half of line 1 running. :grr:

I think £600m for a slightly faster bus is well worth it. The disruption hasn't been painful at all either.
