Sad to hear that Gerard Kelly has died at only 51 years old. City Lights is one of my favourite ever TV shows and Willie Melvin one of the funniest TV chracters ever. Saw him playing the narator in the Rocky Horror Show a few months ago and he was hilarious.

That's really sad. Heard he was admitted to hospital late last night but didn't realise it was life threatening.

City Lights was a great programme.

Remember him in Brookside too - played a very menacing character very well.
