So that's two full sized indoor football pitches in Scotland now (edit not sure about the new facility in Aberdeen?)

The latest one is at Ravenscraig with the other at Toryglen.

Any idea when the capital of the country get's similar?

Seemingly Edinburgh was 'awarded £6.5m for Sighthill in 2004 - http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/uk/article463490.ece - probably up there with the trams and parlament fiasco.

Is there not a full size indoor pitch at Riccarton?

Think the indoor pitch at Riccarton is 60m x 40m.

Riccarton isn't full size, too short. Think Aberdeen may have.

And it is absolutely stunning! I was there for the Uni open day and one of Aberdeen's younger teams, must have been U15s or something, were using it so you could not go right inside, but from the window i looked through it is brilliant.

EDIT: After re-reading, that post sounds perverted, i meant the facility is brilliant.

I Play on it 3 times a week, simply stunning (cheap as well, £21ph for students). Quite a few injuries recently though in our wee group, don't know if it's linked.
