If this is us now when we usually play our best football what is it going to be like in January ?, it's plain for all to see that something is not right and we need someone who can make us at least mediocre !.
When Hughes was at Falkirk if he was able to keep them in the SPL it was a triumph but it seems he is unable to rise above this level and it appears the job is to much for him.

Just what I was thinking today. The pitches are in great nick and should suit Hibs. Nov - Jan is when the traditional Hibs slump kicks in as the going/pitches get tough and the more physical sides start to take charge. The players we have ER could not be further away from the kind you want in a relegation battle. They are mainly Nish-like - don't want to get their nail-varnish chipped - so I expect things to get much worse before they start to get better. We need a proper manager to get us through this.
