Go to the new strip. Not the old town. Theres a Celtic pub at the top of the new strip called Jinky's, that is probably your best and only bet i'd imagine.

Albufieira is great - you'll enjoy it.

I was in Albufeira last year there is a worlds sports bar right at the top of the strip just over the roundabout not the best to find but its great has everything on in there!

The owner always put the scottish games on when i was in!
