Hibs have been quoted that after the new stand was built the capacity would increase to 20,250.

However in the Annual Account which are signed off as September 2010 the capacity of the new stadium is twice quoted as 20,400. So I dont think its a printing error and that must be the number of seats the stadium now actually has. I assume the additional seats are in the West and maybe they only lost one row of seats there when widening the pitch rather than maybe two that was initially thought?

So what does each stand hold:

New East 6,400
Famous Five 3,800
West 6,300
South (Away) 3,900
Total 20,400

Rod Petrie's signed report with the accounts dated 3 September 2010 quotes 20,400 as does the Director's report contained within the annual accounts. So my view is while Hibs indicated the new stadium would hold 20,250 the actual number of seats now its completed has turned out to be 20,400.

Maybe the 150 difference is seats within the corporate boxes, the glass boxes in the famous 5 and west stand must hold about 150.
