I have always liked Bannan, i have always said (to myself) that we should get him on loan. But i think he scored in Europe away for Villa so he looks like he could get into the Villa team soon.

excellent result, Austria were playing one or two ringers (ie guys who would normally be in their full squad but were punted down to the u21s to give them a better chance).

Wales (inc D. Stephens) lost 1-0 to Italy so will have to wait and see if they are one of the better runner-ups to sneak into the playoffs.

:agree: Didn't see game and no reason not to trust the information on hibs.net. :wink: SFA website update and according to them we won 2-1. That's good enough for me. :greengrin

Dunno. They kept referring to him as an Aberdeen striker, just assumed he was playing there this season. You could be right though.

chris is back with aberdeen, he has started all their league games and scored in their cup game a couple of weeks ago

The play-offs will take place between 9 and 13 October, with the seven winners joining hosts Denmark in the final tournament next June.
