i see severin did the old pals act with peter houston at utd. IMHO he would have been a great signing for us, will do well for utd as a replacement for webster i'd expect

The Severin of a couple of years ago might have been a decent signing. He didn't do much during his last season with the Sheep and hasn't set the heather on fire since leaving them.

Hes ridiculously slow. Never been that impressive at CB and cant really play in midfield anymore.

Would sooner have taken a chance on Casalinuovo.

Think there's something there to work with and different to the other strikers we have on the books - physically strong with good technique.

Doesn't look like it - He signed for Hamilton yesterday.

If Dundee United have signed Severin on the premise that he can play centre half, then they are in for a wee shock. Hero at centre mid for Aberdeen, very quickly became a villian at centre half.
