The players in bold i would get rid of and the players in red would be no more than squad players to fill gaps in desperate times.

Stack: Not bad but doesnt comand the box. Injury Prone - Keep/Agree

Smith: Dodgy - Move On/Agree

Brown: So far so good, bit small but seems mental moment free - keep/Agree - Number 1 jersey

Hart: Best we have but jury still out - Keep/Agree, Looks very promising if he can stay injury free

Hogg: gives a lot but just not got the ability, never captain. squad player - keep/Agree

Bamba: rock, no nonsence - Keep/Agree

Hanlon: Young and needs to learn but promising - keep/Agree

Thicot: Dont see him adding much, but a squad player - keep/Still Young, PLayed out of position today too

Murray: Gives everything. legs have gone. no longer left back - keep/Centre back or midfielder

De Graff: Who knows, not the player I thought was coming - keep/JURY IS OUT - he was poor today

Rankin: Not good enough, headless chicken springs to mind - move on/Disagree. Gives his all, not scared of a tackle, better passer than Miller on todays evidence

Miller: Class, but needs class around him to perform best - keep/Agree. CANNOT be played in the middle with De Graaf again! They are far too similar

McBride: Solid - Keep/Agree

Wotherspoon: Same as hanlon, needs time to develop - keep/Agree

Stevenson: -Move on/Disagree, would have him at left back infront of Hanlon, as he is NOT a left back

Zemmama: Can be immense but if he gets another injury i would sell - keep/Agree.

Galbraith: GIVE HIM A FULL GAME! - keep/Agree

Nish: Not good enough - move on/ Agree, really want him to be good but...

Stokes: Scoring record speaks for itself - keep/Looks like he's gettin sold tonight

Riordan: See Stokes - Keep/Permanent contract?

Stephens: Give him some time - keep/Young, one for the future

Yogi: Wish he would have been good, gutted he isnt. move on/Give him until the Inverness and Killie games. If we do not achieve maximum points then hes out

Nish just seems to fall over when ever he goes for the ball. Do you think we could guve him back to Killie?

Stack: Not bad, but have doubts over his fitness, probably keep in the short term till the young keepers are ready.

Smith: Dodgy - Move On

Brown: Keep, he's so far proving why I wanted him as No. 1 since he got here.

Hart: Just got here, seems alright thus far

Hogg: Maybe not the best, but better than the average in the SPL, good squad player

Bamba: If we can keep him, lets.

Hanlon: Young and needs to learn but promising - keep

Thicot: Dont see him adding much, but a squad player - keep

Murray: Should be club captain for me, keep.

De Graff: Difficult to tell how good he is, was good against Maribor at ER, needs time.

Rankin: Squad player

Miller: Needs to be more consistent, but keep obviously.

McBride: Solid - Keep

Wotherspoon: Same as hanlon, needs time to develop - keep

Stevenson: -Move on

Zemmama: We seem to be reliant on him for our creative spark, which isn't a disaster, what is is that he probably only plays about 15 games a season... We need to replace him as good as he is, or find a way to keep him fit.

Galbraith: What does he have to do to get a game!!!!

Nish: Will chip in around 10 goals and some assists a season, squad player.

Stokes: Keep but looks to be going.

Riordan: Must be kept at all costs!

Stephens: I'd play him beside Bamba right now.

Yogi: Time to go.

First Team Squad

Brown
Bamba
Hart
Hanlon
Miller
De Graaf
Riordan
Stokes
Zemmama

Back-Up

Hogg
McBride
Murray
Galbraith
Stephens
Wotherspoon

Get Rid

Nish
Rankin
Stevenson
Smith
Stack
Thicot

Obviously, this is a tad unrealistic as there's no way we're going to be buying 5-6 players for the First Team Squad.

Agree with most of that, but I would like to keep Stevenson and play him in midfield (cover) and also bring back McCann and Byrne.
