I heard him being interviewed by Chick Young before the game, he definitely said that Hibs and Celtic were talking re Stokes, and it was up to the board, if he went or not.

I always thought it was up to the manager. I'm sure Yogi has said this in the past i.e. he had final say on who goes.
Either the goalposts have been changed or he was mistaken (or maybe me?). I'd guess the former is more likely given the 2010 form of the team.

If you listen to his post match interview, he states again that he doesn't know what is going on, and it is up to the board of directors.
