I don't know for sure but would guess with a 12.15 kick off it should be open by 10.30am, probably earlier. If I was you I would just turn up about an hour before kick off and get your ticket. I expect that large queues will start to appear about half and hour before kick off and we'll get the usual latecomers.

By the way the ticket office number is 0131 661 1875 so you could always phone them before you make your way down.
