Hi everyone

Transfermarkt.co.uk (http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/hibernian-fc/startseite/verein_903.html) have asked me to update the player valuations for Hibs players, after the wonderful job we did last year can you please tell me what you think our players are worth.

Last year there were all the comments that these are a load of **** so no need for that again! I’ve taken that in thanks. :greengrin

Always difficult to put a price on a player, I would query Michael Hart being so high up and Stokes, I would have him higher than Sol and Miller.

Not sure about this.

£315,000 for Mark Brown seems very high seeing as we got him for free and he hasn’t played.

Can’t see anyone paying £405,000 for Kevin McBride or £517,000 for Rankin and if someone offered £765,000 for Stevenson we should take it and run. At the top end, no one would pay £2.7M for Riordan with only a year left on his contract. Is that taken in to account? Maybe if he had a few years left.

I’ll refrain from calling it a load of **** but I reckon most people who watch Hibs regularly could come up with more realistic values over a pint.

I've just done this quickly and I haven't put a great deal of thought into it so if anyone would like to pull me up for a couple of them then I would be willing to reconsider my valuations.

The Tasche would be doing cartwheels if the true valuations were anywhere near what you have quoted.

Would have Stokes above Derek and Murray defiantly above Hart into the seven figures. Some of the squad players like Stevenson should probably be a little further down the list. Just my thoughts though!
