was it Brines that took charge of a game against eithr falkirk or Mwell a couple of seasons ago, and was so appallingly awful that both teams, managers and sets of fans were united in criticism after the game?
Tho, as above, any ref that ISN'T Richmond is an ok start in my book

That was Alan Freeland, against Falkirk at ER. He booked a Falkirk player (O'Donnell I think) twice and had to be reminded to send him off by the crowd.
