Will members guests be allowed?
Last season I was unable to sign people in for a few games, one was against Aberdeen which I found strange.

Yes, as long as you're with them to sign them in.

The only way you would not be allowed to sign your guests in would be if the club was too busy.

I doubt it, don't think a lot of people will bother with a drink before hand given that it's only just over an hour before kick off that the club opens

We don't, our licence is from 11.00am on a Sunday, we did apply for a 10.00am licence for this Sunday, like all the pubs in Easter Road did, but we were all refused, apparently it would be too noisy for the neighbours
