My friend who supports Celtic says he is a very limited player and I fear too many people are saying he will be a great signing on the basis of what he achieved whilst at United and in his first season at Celtic rather than what he has done the past couple seasons. He has also had his injury problems in that time which will have hindered him no doubt but he is not a player I am that enthused about truth be told.

If he is as injured as some are saying his playing days will be over. If he has had a bad run of injuries and wont pass a medical Hibs might be looking at pay if he plays deal in the short term. That way no risk to Hibs and gives the player a chance to prove his fitness.

I am sure there were concerns while at celtc that his career was over due to his injuries, he would be wanting big money to come to Hibs, a big risk if these injury problems continue.
