IMHO, that shows another lesson learned by Yogi from the 6-6 game. When Motherwell started getting back into that game, the Hibs players went into hiding, and there was zero leadership on the park.

By making a point and assigning responsibility for that, it shows that Yogi recognised the lack of leadership and took action to prevent it happening again.
