Official Match Thread Dilemma

So what are we going to do about the Official Match Threads.

After a great start form Calgary early season, the level of commitment and quality fell dramatically after Christmas, with rumors of behind the scenes problems.......results took a dive and the level of satifaction fell away.
Some shuffling of the pack ensued but failed to bring the required cohesion to the situation

What to do to do with a new season upon us and reduced confidence in potential performance and results....change of co-ordinator....or give him till Christmas...:dunno:

I think we should give him til mid October and if results don't improve then he should step aside to give someone else a chance.

And no big pay off either.

Eh? Eh?!!! Name these potential successors and give each one's track record so that I can pick it apart and prove that they would be no better.

We need a period of stability. We can't go on endlessly shifting the personnel ...... etc etc :blah::blah::blah:
