I emailed the club to say I was looking for a refund due to not being able to watch the match as the stream failed for almost all the 2nd half, they have replied and will refund the money so at least they are swift in doing so.

I have 1 question if anyone else has had the reply which maybe generic they want my username for Hibs tv my paypal details and my udername and password for Hibs TV, im thinking why is my password required?

There is the possibility that there is another person with exactly the same name as you, but it would be most unlikely that both of you would pick the same password.

I'm thinking that it's just a form of security.
