I am quite tall(well over 6ft) and can kick and header a ball with a reasonable accuracy.
Im thinking that I could play for Hibs? Although I am utter garbage and have been found out in any team I have ever played for I can see a role within the Hibs team for me. Its called the Mcbride Role.
I stand in the centre of the park and take passes which I pass back or to any other player to the left or right in 20yds of space. If there is a forward pass on then I do not take the risk of a ball through as this may result in giving the ball away and my pass % going down.
Seriously though...what is it McBride does? People slate Rankin and Nish but at least we can put a finger on what they are doing and say tht they are just notgood enough. McBride just has a pointless slow the play up middle man role for me. He needs to be re-educated....either that or Yogi should just hand in his notice now.
