If any mofo has the pleasure to be travelling via Budapest then hopefully I can help with some info.
If you want to go by train you have to pass through Vienna, what a chore! It costs about 80€ in total but leaving on the day means you are scheduled to get into Maribor at 2 in the afternoon.
As yet nobody has informed me of any 24 hour male-only saunas, but in true no.18 fashion I'll keep close.
