A European game on TV in Scotland not involving one of the Old Firm? Are you ill?

as far as im aware Hibs are from Edinburgh not Glasgow.

One chance of it being television....no chance!

Though I guarantee that when the ugly sisters get put out champions league.......All their games will be televised!

Iraqgoals.net or ********* that is what we will have to rely on!

I'm not convinced it wont be on. Last season the bbc showed Queen of the south's away game in norway or denmark, i think at the same stage?

That was two seasons ago. They didn't show Aberdeen's games last season, and they were at the same stage as us.

EDIT: I've emailed the BBC and asked them if it's on, eagerly awaiting their excuse.

:agree: I think Queen of the South got shown for the novelty factor.

There isn't a chance in hell Hibs or Motherwell will get a game on the BBC at this stage. That would involve the BBC television producers acknowledging there is football in Scotland that takes place outside of Glasgow.

Think you will find that BBC Scotland sports department will be closed. It is Glasgow Fair after all.

Would of thought that it would of been announced by now if it was going to be on? Tv scheduling and all that.

Just to prove all this BBC Glasgow stuff, anyone care to point out Braga-Celtic on next week's BBC schedule? It is there, right?

Aha, qualifiers are fair game for any broadcaster. Hence Hearts-AEK and Celtic-Spartak Moscow on BBC a few years back...
