You need to have your wits about you if you are to take on Georgie boy, many (including that halfwit) have tried and failed miserably.

"Are you a Rangers man, John?"

Inconvenient for those who think that football and right wing politics aren't connected.

Seemingly the show was axed after GG had a scuffle with police, at a pro-Palestinian rally.

Was he arguing with the police about whose turn it was to be the cat? I salute his courage, strength and indefatigability.

Galloway's great. I seldom agree with his political stances and I think he's an egotistical buffoon, but at least he believes in something, and has the bottle to get it across, facing copious sneers and ridicules on the way.

Give me him before another tedious careerist, monochrome suit, belching out the party line (whatever party it is) with all the personality, conviction and charisma of a dead pigeon.

I like his style generally and I'm not greatly familiar with his stances although I know that he seems to be extremely left wing and fights for muslims rights/thoughts/feelings.

He was certainly torn for arsepaper in that interview.

I'll agree he certainly isn't boring.
But when put on the spot he is just as evasive as the rest of them. Attack is his main form of defence and he manages to throw up a pretty good smoke screen around himself in doing so. It's entertaining to watch and I have to admit that occasionally he can have you cheering at his sheer bravado.
I remember his election victory over Woy Jenkins and at the time he seemed like a left winger with the potential to make real changes to peoples lives. Maybe that's where my antipathy towards him comes from, a sense of disappointment.
