Fractured arm and fractured wrist

Made a run across the pitch at WOF tripped on the ***** turf and stuck my arms out to stop me falling into the wall but was going far too quickly went head first knocked unconscious burst lip and nose and because I was going at pace too much weight for my arms and, well the end result Is as mentioned!



This has obviously left me scuppered and absolutely gutted. I'm fuming. Worst possible start to the season!:grr:
