Zrinjski (Bosnia)

Was at this ground last month when I visited Mostar, beautiful city but doubt I'd go over for a Hibs game, there's only one stand and their fans are a tad right wing, and mental.

Very good to see Hajduk Split (Croatia) on that list, because when we last played them they were Hajduk Split (Yugoslavia). This proves conclusively beyond any doubt whatsoever that teams can change countries, and so we can still cling fervently to the hope that one day Rangers of Glasgow (England) and Celtic of Glasgow (England or Ireland) will become a reality. :agree:

Freakin WHIT? Did you look these up in a Scrabble dictionary?

The only ones I can pronounce are the Welsh and Irish ones.

Whit on earth's an Oarabag or an Atyrau? And can you get vaccinated for it? :cool2:

Unfortunately this thread is a bit like my exploits in the sack.

Premature

Most of these teams will be out of the competition before they come into the round where they face us. They will be unseeded against those in the 2nd qualifying round and most of them will be knocked out.

so unfortunately we will have this thread repeated in a fortnight's time once Motherwell and those in that round have played their two ties.

what are the dates for the fixtures?

We enter at the third qualifying stage (there's still a round to go before we get to that stage). Our first leg (still don't know if it'll be at home or away) is on July 29th and the second leg is on August 5th.

Both matches will be played on a Thursday night.

Forgot to include that the draw for our round will take place a week today, after the first leg of the second round matches.

Don't mind who we play so long as we beat them over the two legs. Bit like Blackpool did wi his burd from Bangor.

The 2nd Qualifying Round 1st Leg is played on 15th July. The 2nd leg is 22nd July.

The draw for 'our' 3rd Qualifying Round is Friday 16th July.

So presumably we will have an 'either/or' opponent from the draw until the 2nd Qual Round 2nd leg is played on 22nd July??

Meaning we will have less than a week to organise travel and accomodation if our 3rd Round Qual 1st leg is away from home on July 29th!!! :bitchy:

From a financial point a Welsh/Irish side would suit club and punters
