In Dublin with Friends Sunday--can any of the Irish lads recommend a good pub --atmosphere with the ability to see the game--is there any fan zones in Dublin ?

The closest thing we probably have to a fan zone are TheWoolshed on Parnell St and The Living Room on Cathal Brugha Street (north end of O’Connell St) By no means the best pubs in Dublin but they have been cracking for the world cupThey will both be rammed and will have a decent atmosphere for the final, if you arrive early enough to get in. Also The Czech Inn on Essex Street in Temple Bar.

For me The Longstone, near Tara Street, is probably the best for watching football, usually has a barbecue and big screens in the beer garden. There are a ridiculous amount of Spanish in Dublin so there will be some party if they beat the dutch.

Pints should not cost more than €4.50-5 if you avoid the tourist trap pubs in Temple Bar.
