1. Is that the best they can do

2. Mulgrew's got no ambition.

3. Never wanted him anyway

4. He's a crock

5. Lennon's getting found out already.

Etc, blah.

1-5: Take your pick.

This must be Mulgrews lucky day. He is a left back that cant defend who takes a decent free kick every now and again. Danny Fox was better than him and he lasted about 4 months at Celtic Park

Central defence maybe, Maybe when he was younger he could play in midfield not anymore though, do you remember the last time he was tried in midfield? It was actually embarrasing how bad he was, not sure if it was to do with his lack of mobility or the fact that he's just not a ball playing type of midfielder, however he was terrible there.

Good. Mulgrew's got a sweet left foot, but apart from that???

Not a great deal. If that's Celtic incoming quality, then they r goosed against European competition.

I'm surprised at this one - normally when they come in for the best of the rest it is actually the best! There's probably 3 or 4 left backs better than Mulgrew in the SPL.

To be honest, I think if we were to get Murphy then IM would struggle to get into the team - rather have Hogg and Bamba in the middle, even Hanlon before Murray.

Wasn't good enough last time around, and being a stick out in the poorest Aberdeen team for ages doesn't really point him becoming any better. Still ,why should we bother. If Celtc line up at the back with him and Pensioner Campbell, teams with quick forwards and the ball on the deck will get plenty change out of them.

The last time i remember him playing CM was during Mowbray's first season before he joined the Huns and i thought he was good. I think you need more pace at LB or else you'll just get done by wingers constantly, and Murray is beginning to lack a bit of pace these days. If he just sits in DM then i don't think it will require a whole lot of running, just getting stuck in which he's brilliant at.
