Storar was interviewed live on SABC Radio earlier and told them that he thinks that Ivory Coast would manage to score 9 or they would if they put Bamba on.

Good draw for me too with having a £20 double on the draw plus I/C to win.

Spain at full strength, with Iniesta back in the midfield with Xavi.

Chile looking good so far, very unlucky with that great move which Gonzalez ended up ballooning a bar, looks like it shall be a good game.

According to the commentators five minutes ago, Spain are pish.

Clueless :hilarious

Estrada sent off, Spain could go on and get a few here now

I agree, looks like their going to continue to catch Chile on the break, i have a funny feeling a Spain players going to get a real sore one soon the way Chile are going about their challenges.

Especially if the Swiss get a goal in the other game and their qualification hopes start to look ropey :agree:

The pundits and commentators are kidding themselves on that all the good teams are actually hopeless and that their heroes are now playing on an even playing field.

well atleast we have a good game here, brazil portugal was built for the best game of the tournament but was rubbish. spain chillie a great game with both teams out to win it. as the guy in the studio said chillie are a bit too enthusuastic on winning the ball and i think its a great point to be honest, when they have the ball they try holding on to it, when they try winning it they really stick a foot in.chillie to go down to 9 men and spain to win 4-1

After what ive seen today, I'm going to stick my neck out and say Chile will beat Brazil in the next round.I might even have a wee wager on it.

The World Cup has been all about the South Americans for me so far, playing the best football by a long way.

Aren't they just figuring out whether Spain are capable of reaching the final cause if they do their bound to play England surely?

England are 'due' to play Spain in the semi's in England's pursuit of the World Cup.

Is that all they've got to beat to get to the Final - Germany, Argentina and Spain? Presumably Holland can't get there as opponents or we'd shirley have seen a witty Sun headline of the sort we got when the groups were announced.

I don't get to see many BBC commentaries (probably just as well), but I heard them on today's Brazil v Portugal match. Okay, it wasn't the classic some people were evidently expecting (not me as it was totally obvious that a draw would suit both teams). But I thought it was still a reasonable game of cat and mouse with Brazil dominating possession for the most part and Portugal looking pretty swift and dangerous on the counter.

I'm assuming the likes of Mick McCarthy, Lineker, Hansen, etc have been watching the England games? How was this any worse than those? Just as well these poor souls are getting well compensated for the suffering they are being put through at the WC because they did nothing but moan. I couldn't wait for the game to end either - just so I could switch them off.

Torres is off form, so the semi final is obviously a foregone conclusion for England. :hmmm:

Yep i think Portugal could put Spain out and then advance onto the Semi's where they will meet England and their dreams of lifting the trophy will be over.:agree:
