If it was a straight choice between one or the other, who would you go for?

Stokes but its a close call. Younger and can only improve even more.

If I really had to pick one if would be deek because I think he's more likely to stay with us longer than stokes but that's the only reason I can think of. There's a baw hair between them because of what they both bring to the team.

Deeks all the way. Stokes is a poor mans Boyd but will score goals in the SPL. Deeks will commit himself to Hibs and I like him up front with a target man.

Sorry, but cannot answer this question.

Hibs should be selling/losing neither of them as there is no need to - Stokes has another 2 years and
Deek would extend given a half decent offer. The 2 best goalscorers in the league by a preverbial
mile now that Boyds offski.

If we stick by the 2 of them and tighten up we've got a real chance of doing something next season.
Lose either of them and we're weakened.

It's a hypothetical question, nothing to do with Hibs' intentions or what you would like them to do but FWIW I agree with your point.

Deek, he would score more than stokes if he was played up front.

RIORDAN UP FRONT = GOALS.

Agree with most people here. Stokes will almost certainly leave in the next year anyway, so i'd sell him for a couple of million and use some of it to sign a target man that Riordan can play beside up front.

Stokes- younger, only likely to improve, a better 'poacher' type and more likely to make us a few quid in the long run.

Neither.

But if my nuts were at stake, I'd keep our home grown goal machine.
