Create your own movie subtitles

A while ago there was a thread on here that had a link to a site that you could create your own subtitles to old movies Eg old war films and the like. Well i was telling my mate at work about it and cant find it. Ive used the thread search to no avail. Can anyone remember or know what it is and post a link. Thanks
