I'm no expert, but, love watching the tri-nations teams, is there a better player than Dan Carter at the moment?

Whilst I wouldn't disagree about Carter, I watched Scotland last night and it has to be said that at the moment Dan Parks must be in the top half dozen best stand offs. Scotland actually played some really good rugby as well
