Netters of all ages, shapes and sizes are cordially invited down to the Hibs Club, Sunnyside, off Easter Road for 7pm this Thursday

A wee informal gathering over a few swallies to discuss ideas for generating a bigger atmosphere to go with the arrival of the new East Stand. Building on previous campaigns such as Hibees Reunited, Green Day and the East Stand Singing Section.

On Friday, supporters representatives from the Hibs Supporters Association, branch/bus convenors, Admin from Hibs.Net and the Hibees Bounce will meet with Fife Hyland at Easter Road to discuss some specific proposals. The aim is to develop ways in which the club and it's fans can work in partnership to create the 12th Man that the Hibs manager and players need to support them during the season ahead.

Hope to see you there

Cheers Lee - but the hard work is ahead. Moving to the new East the atmosphere could actually worsen. At least before you kind of knew the folk you were sat beside. With a new stand it's like throwing a pack of cards in the air and seeing where they land.

Also the auld East was on average 80% full. That's 2500 in a 3000 capacity stand. Now your gonna have that 2,500 in a 6,000 capacity stand. OK some folk will move from the South, West and FF but will they be bouncers and chanters?

A few challenges to discuss this week
