I voted neither. I'll stick with my Nokia, thanks very much.

Depends what you're after. Each has it's own strengths and weaknesses.

Haven't used the Desire, but the HTC HD2 v BB Bold is a tighter contest IMO.

both utter whank. my crappy £10 nokia will do me fine. texts and calls. it's fekking phone, not a space station.

But i want a phone that has a space station in it, and an mp3 player, a good camera. I can watch live football, book tables at restuarants, put bets on, watch porn, transfer money from bank to bank, use it as a sat nav. Why just have a phone that can phone and text when you can have a phone that can phone and text with all those added extras.

to paraphrase rouseau(), the downfall of mankind was when he made tools that were not essential, then became dependent on them.

before long, people will be literally dependent on stupid little computers they carry around in their pockets.

plus, they're just status symbols. esp. blackberries.

I know thw I-Phone has all the fancy applications etc but i just hate touch screen phones, I have a Blackberry and it allows me e mails, flicker, messenger and internet, enough for me to be getting on with.
