English equivalent to the Home Report, Home Information Packs IIRC is the name.

I think the OP is referring to "Hips" as being similar to "Hibs" - which is the tenuous link.

That's a blatant lie! They also get past me on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays......:greengrin
